Also of possible interest......Fort William Advertisements from 1900 to the 1940 / 50’s , books old and new pertaining to the town , a selection of misc Images of the town , including an 1832 Print of Fort William , an 1834 print of Ben Nevis and Inverlochy Castle , an 1860's engraving of the town and an 1888 sketch of the High Street. Albumen Prints , taken from glass negatives exposed at the completion of the West Highland Railway in the 1890’s can also be viewed.

As you are already here I'm assuming you have realised Orange have now deleted my previous websites forcing me to combine the five sites into one smaller one on a different server.The site is now divided into three sections each opening in a new window.Please bookmark the new site as more postcards from my growing collection are added as I get them. Please report any broken links that have arisen during the changeover bearing in mind website is still under construction.
Unfortunately still a number of pages to adjust to allow space for banners......I'll get there though!......The disadvantages of having free hosting!!
