The Chevalier at Fort William Pier in 1901.This particular image is from a small photograph and is much clearer in the much larger scan.The Chevalier was built in 1866 and she was used on the Crinan-Oban-Fort William service until 1914.After being damaged in 1927 she was broken up at Troon.(Info from Alistair Deayton's excellent book MacBrayne Steamers)
